I looked so forward to purchasing this circle cutter...came home to try it out to find it doesn't work at all....BOO !!!

That stinks! Are you able to take it back?
Yep I'm taking it back to Walmart as soon as I can. The whole thing is a piece of junk! I was so disappointed.
